Definition of Spam
Spam is ANY and ALL unsolicited email or other electronic messages. Any promotion, information or request sent to a person without their prior consent is considered as such. Spam examples:
Any electronic message is spam if it is sent to a recipient who had previously signed up to receive newsletters, information about the product or any other type of electronic message, but later chose to indicate to the sender that he does not wish to receive any more messages.
Any electronic message sent to recipients who have not previously had the association with the sender or DIRECTLY do not accept to be in contact with the sender, is Spam.
Any electronic message sent to the recipients obtained from making voluntary entry or "opt-in" with the lists of which the sender has no association before, is Spam.
Any electronic message sent to a recipient without a clear form so you can unlink, opt-out or request that messages not be sent to them in the future is Spam.
Any email sent or posted through chat rooms, instant messaging systems, newsgroups, message boards, is Spam.
Any email that does not have a valid reply address is Spam.
What is not Spam?
A message is not spam if the recipient directly requests information which will be sent to it from the sender, as long as the recipient has not requested the withdrawal of their list.
How does the CAN-SPAM law of ethical work on the Internet and our anti-spam policies work?
All messages sent with any mention of linkage or in any way with our proposal and / or brand or any element linked to our system must be fully compatible with the CAN-SPAM law and must be fully compatible with the aforementioned antispam policy.
